Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: Contemplating Another Financing?Another nice catch!, (after bottles link).  I have written in my notes that John said in an earlier conference call this year that no new financing will be needed for 2011. Anyone have an idea of how much in advance these declarations are put out?
