SOME FACTS

SOME FACTSHello Everyone,

I just read the nonsense post made by Kurd30, man this guy just doesn't give up.  If you were to believe him then there is no low price for LFD.   At 46 cents, it was too expensive, at 35 cents expensive, at 25 cents expensive, at 20 cents expensive, at 15 cents expensive, at 13 cents still too expensive.    Notice the trend, no matter the price his message is the same, price is too expensive and management is a fu8ck up.  I understand what he is doing, bashing as much as he can to the point where his corrupt friends have loaded up.   This is why he is so adamant when I speak, cause stock may rally and cost his buddies more, plus makes him look incompetent.

It is all a question of PERCEPTION AND TIME FRAME.

If you time frame is that of a day trader, or short term trader, then you are scr*ewed as this is not a stock to trade.

If you are an INVESTOR, with a longer time horizon, with a clear perception of what the future holds then, you would recognized that anything under 65 cents per share is a STRONG BUY.    At 13 cents, you are getting a steal.

I just don't understand people.   To make money you must buy them when stocks are on sale, when there is panic, when there is doubt, when there is blood.      Why is it that when these conditions come to fruition the persons response is one of running away, why don't they see the golden opportunity.

If you were to pass by a car dealer, one whom is experienced some turbulance and he puts a brand new Porsche on sale for $ 3,000, which retails on the market at $ 90,000 when fully valued, are you going to walk away and say that it will get cheaper or, will you run to the bank, take out a loan and buy as many as possible before people wake up.

LFD has the goods (the Porsche).   In 1936 they have historical drilling confirming 5,000 bpd of oil.   There could be per their presentation billions of barrels of oil in place.   This is the only question to be resolved.

I look at management, they are successful shrewd investors whom have generated huge returns in the past for investors, in particular to Stan Bharta, a billionaire.    The management bought millions of shares at 30 cents.   The chairman himself Ahmed bought 500,000 shares at 37 cents.   The accountant of LFD bought 100,000 shares at 38 cents.   The geologist bought 125,000 shares at 20 cents.   Soros bought millions of shares on 2 occasions, once at 30 cents and another time at 20 cents.

One can easily confirm that managment and material holders have a vested interest in making LFD into a successful oil producer, so there interests are aligned with investors.

The issue with LFD is investor impatience with the drill program.   I do believe that management was hoping for a successful hit with VST, so that VST and LFD merged, bringing two valuable properties together.   VST cannot merge with LFD now since it has nothing and, yes LFD has something.

Soros knew this, this is why he invested in LFD.

Management is now going to be solely focused on LFD which has a track record.   Why the heck do you think that the Kurds demanded 40% royalty, it is cause they know there is oil and were not going to get it away cheaply as to VST at 10%.

It reasons that management agreed to the  40% cut and told them (the Kurds) that they will have to wait for their capacity payments, afterall why would you agree to pay $ 25 million in capacity payments now only to find out later that there is no oil.

The Kurds agreed, again they did so cause they know there is OIL.   Otherwise they would have wanted their money upfront as a drill failure would all but assure no capacity payments.

There are those whom are of the LIGHT and there are those whom are of the DARK.   I call these dark creatures DEMONS.    These demons are indeed doing their fathers work to mislead you, to create fear, to create doubt, to ensure that your shares are stolen from you.

I do believe in the after life and, as Jesus stated so plainly in simple language so that all can understand:

"You will reap what you have sowed!!!!"

So Kurd30, I urge you to look at yourself in the mirror and start examining your conscience.  Do not think that this message board can save your soul.   Remember you are a    SOUL that is your true nature.   It is not too late to save yourself.   The way to do it, is by changing your ways, repenting and, following the TRUTH.

PS:  If a drop of 580 points in the Dow did not scare you, then nothing will.

Stay strong, courage....BUY MORE, while LFD is on sale.

Target Price $ 1 per share within 3 months.
