RE: RE: The Bozo's are in Charge!QE2 did absolutely nothing. This didn't pour money into the economy like the talking pundits keep saying. Banks aren't lending . There is no demand. If you are a business and not borrowing at these rates there are big problems. Pouring money into the economy is what is needed. Don't fall for the nonsense that tht gold bugs have been pushing. Do the math , There isn't enough gold in the world to pay our debt or be used as the standard for the dollar. There has been about 165000 tons of gold ever mined . At $800 an ounce you need twice that. Go to Pragmatic Capitalist and watch the video of" where money comes from "and you might get a new perspective on what is needed.
