now itth done. etth and p downgraded the u etth credit rating to aa pluth
moodythz thtill maintainthz their aaa rating but with a negative outlook. fear of thith move hath already done the wortht damage. thum hedge fundthz may be forthed to bail out but it lookth like the wortht could be behind utth thow thay thum invethtor peopulth.
