RE: RE: 2boat question for youThanks for the reply.
I wonder what the Haywood execs as well as Sprott saw over 1 year ago that inspired them to put up $25,000,000 at $2.10 to back this company.Seems like something bigger than 50 tools/year growth might be afoot.
I recall in Dec 2009, before the Cenovus expansion news, that insiders bought stock as the the SP was cratering. Almost like they were signalling that news was ahead ... DON'T PANIC !!
When an oil exec like John Zahary, head of Harvest Energy ( subsidiary of KNOC) puts a small amount of money on the table I have to wonder why. The SP has been holding up quite well considering the market conditions. I can't imagine why he would even bother to make a $20,000 statement to the market. I am sure his investments through Harvest alone make him a multi millionaire. Speculation of course.
With so much potential news pending
- Pemex contracts on Aug 18 and WEE hinted they are already planning a waterflood with them
- Harvest yet to announce what they are doing with Powerwave that I am aware
- Huge primawave endorsement ... Coffey must be able to out bid all competitors with Primawave advantage
- New website and Latourneau on board suggest he will have something to promote this fall or sooner.
- Many named companies now and even better .... NAMED RESULTS showing the Powerwave benefits
- The missing presentation with results ... hmmmmmm For those who follow Jim, not only was the presentation removed but so was the entire tweet. Somebody DID NOT WANT those results viewed. Maybe someone accumulating the stock.
- Seems like the cat "might" be sneaking out of the bag. As Holler said, you don't want to be on the sidelines should a halt arrive. I would think another large expansion might warrant that?
Speculation of course but based on history ... which all mutual funds will advise is not necessarily going to repeat.
By the way: I don't recall handson saying they would exit Q3 2012 cash flow positive. I remember him saying Q3. Perhaps removing all the 1 time expenses and factoring all the new revenue he meant exiting Q3 2011.
