RE: share bonusI had to fill out a form for each of the accounts I held CMS in.It directed the cash proceeds of the sale to those accounts. I then had to fill out a form that allows me to passthrough the sale without triggering a capital gain. This form is due by september. I know a lot of people trade without a broker but sometimes, when things get a little tricky, they come in handy. You should be able to get all this info from IR at ML.
