RE: RE: SOLIMOES NO DRY HOLE
RE: RE: SOLIMOES NO DRY HOLEWell, robnhood, your quote says '2,120 thousand barrels a day'. We could start to discuss the meaning of the comma (delimiting thousands from hundreds or integers from fractions). But it's a lot easier to simply look at a little bit more of your text:
The monthly average for December will be approximately 2,120 thousand barrels a day, against the previous record from April at 2,033 thousand barrels. The volume produced over the month is 4.4% higher than the production achieved in November this year (2,030 thousand bpd).
So, Petrobras produced more than 2 million barrels a day in Brasil in December. From my point of view it might very well be that around 100 thousand of these came from the Solimoes.
