Grit your teeth time once again.  NES is very well positioned to gain mightily when this latest mess hits bottom. 

Goldmember, I certainly enjoyed this thread and all of your cogent comments ... however ...

Things are not quite directly comparable to the 1980 mania. 

The advent of alternate Au 'investment' vehicles has really sucked a tremendous amount of dineiro out of what might logically have gone into the junior Au sector.  Thus there may be an uptick but ETF's and their ilk will likely get a disproportionate share of the monies flowing into the Au sphere.

Just my 2-bits ... always looking to buy more NES!
