they bought over 2 companies, have over 50%ownership in pharmaceutical company in china... there is definitely revenue.. reason for the downward drift is #1 market and #2 their PP announcement which was kind of disappointing because $1.20 and 13milion shares or so.. bad PP but let's they needed cash in a hurry and they had to pull this PP..
I still stand by my target long term of 3.50..
