I am here again to put things into perspective.
First of all, it feels great that our 25% has been confirmed.
Second, you have to realize that this project will have consumed close to a billion dollars in expenditures since its discovery. Once in production, it will be a tremendous asset which will be in production for over 25 years. The exploration upside is also tremendous with the possibilities for multiple new discoveries which could keep this mine running for 50 years. This asset has never really been understood by the market. In time the cash flows will show the market how special this area really is. The Chinese are smart people and will use their 300 bilion dollar sovereign wealth slush fund to take GBK in a micro second. All you have to do is wait.
Our 25% is worth at least 200 million right now. This puts our value at around 1 dollar. The more time that passes the higher the valuation will become.
All you have to do is nothing. Just sit back and let time pass. That is all.
I am elated with our 25%. Hats off to the GBK management.
