In and Out.
In and Out.Smiling trader here.
I picked up some this morning as every talking head was anticipating a bit of a reversal today.
Did I get lucky or what?
I was hoping for a
.10 to
.25 move.
I got in at $10.55
However, I did sell most of it today.
Purchased 800 Shares at 10.55 for $8,440 +$10 (commission) = $8,450
I also pay around $10 to sell so total cost = $8,460
Sold 725 shares at $11.67 ..... for a total of 8460.75 - $10 = 8450.75
75 free shares that will give me an income of about $7.01 per month.
Why did I sell? The market wants another QE round.
I think people who think that will be disappointed when it isn't announced.
I will say the quarterlies are good, but I don't want to bet that we can go against the current.
For those wondering about my total holdings, I now own 195 shares. I originally bought 80 shares in June last year.
Why 80? Simple at the time the dividend was 0.14025 per share, times 80 = 11.22 (a whole figure)
Should have sold it to have a round dividend figure this time, but that is how it goes.
Maybe the next time I decide to go for another dance with Whiterock.
