Any ideas what is going on and why now?

Any ideas what is going on and why now?Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone had any insight regarding why this seemed to have caught someone's eye today and actually touched .035 for a short time.

I thought this was dead but there still seems to be some embers that are worth watching.

Any thoughts?
