RE: YawnAbout 3 weeks ago IR told me the Power Cart Deal would close. All that was remaining was the legal OK to announce the close. Credibility is sadly lacking from any source within this company.

Expect a large consolidation after the Power Cart deal & the cycle of dilution to start all over again IMO. This has become a payday company for insiders IMO & I doubt much will be left fot the SH's.
