The McInnes Lake Property is located over 115 kilometers (km) north of the town of Red Lake. The West Madsen Property is located in the heart of the Red Lake Gold Camp.

Let us not be so hasty when it comes to ruling out a "White Knight".

Yes...due to the Lock Up with the Lock Up Gang there will more than likely not be a complete take-over offer...However...

How do you Lock Out the Lock Up Gang?

I believe the answer could be quite simple.

The "White Knight" comes riding in on a majestic white horse...carrying a chest of gold...actually... a chest of the green stuff.

Mason sells a significant amount of Augen Gold Shares...enough to...Lock Out the Lock Up Gang!

The new entity is now a major shareholder and Trelawney must deal with this new comer!

It does not have to be a mining partner...a serious investor will do quite nicely...thanks very much!

Could it happen?
