RE: CAN DLKM Marriage

RE: CAN DLKM Marriage

.
You may remember the last time they tried that, DLKM went from roughly $1.25 to sub-
.50 and CAN went from sub
.30 up and then the deal didn't get done. I don't remember the exact price shares, but I do remember that by the time they decided not to marry, my share value was about 30% or even less of what it was when the started the whole process of perhaps amalgamating.
,
Now with roughly double the number shares out on DLKM and CAN around $3.00 how many shares would be get in CAN. Plus we have a property many times the size of CAN. If this happens, I think our holdings would get shafted once again.
.
IMO we are better off waiting for drill results and a listing on AMEX. Then is some big company (Barrick, etc.) wanted to buy us out, they can buy both companies and we will get a fair share based on the size of our reserve (assuming we have drilled it out).
