As for insiders not buying,, maybe they have enough, or better yet, maybe their spouses have been buying. And no, you are not an insider since you would know to keep your mouth shut. Therefore, you either have inside access through a third party and or bashing to get this puppy as low as possible, or you are missing a few marbles (i.e referring to Saunders by his first name). I am guessing it is the latter.
