 Now why would you say that Augen shareholders are cry babies because they want to get a FAIR offer for their shares (  present value as well as potential value for their properties ) instead of a  hostile discounted offer from a co. that seems to be playing games in the process of making that offer.

 Wouldn't you want to be treated fairly if the shoe was on the other foot ?

Don't appreciate your contemptuous attitude towards Augen shareholders.
Its these kinds of actions and games that give people a bad taste for investing in the equity markets and turn people off. 

And you never know what is going on behind the scenes, and to quote a well know saying no insult to anybody
 " its not over till the fat lady sings "
