Earnings will be out tomorrow and they will look very foolish with that downgrade,  i guess they were using Q1 numbers to bash RVM.
I suspect RVM will earn about 3 million in the Q to be reported, and that is about  .08 a share or so.
OR maybe i am missing it completely again. Was there a million options handed out to be expensed again?
