That's not exactly a good way to calculate net present value. A better way might be found by putting this chart into a spreadsheet:

In the high price end after-tax NPV increases constantly by .113 million$ for each dollar gold rises. I don't know all the AZ tax laws behind those theoretical numbers, but that's what is used. Using the .113 million$ increase per $ increase in gold would give a NPV of 147.2 mil$, or about 82c/share (assuming further exploration results in no increase of gold reserves).
