This stock is absolute garbage and way over-priced at 3 cents. A more realistic price per share would be in the 1 cent range, just prior to being delisted, which judging by it's financial situation, is very near.
So there is your answer, and don't try to pimp another piece of crap like this in my inbox again, just so you can skim yourself a couple hundred bucks.
