RE: downgrade?I guess "The Street" has egg on it's face.  Analysts are for the most part idiots, they won't downgrade a stock until it's near a bottom or upgrade until it's near a peak.  They care more about not looking bad about as opposed to doing any original thinking.  To get an idea of what is really happening, do your own research.
