I liked your history of plutonic but I feel there is a piece missing. This campaign in BC against Run of River was started and well funded by the BC Hydro unions who were afraid they would lose some of their high paid union jobs to the private sector. Pseudo environmental groups took the money and started an effective campaign with outright lies. These lies should be documented and the law should be enforced as this was purely slander and libel. There is plenty of proof that there was economic damage. This set back for Plutonic was deliberate and well funded and the unions put millions into the campaign over a few years. They even made an announcement a while back that they were giving up as the pseudo environmentalist WCWC turned on BC Hydro with an anti site C stance. A little bit of digging in the union books and one could see how the money was spent. There is plenty of evidence as the campaign had some high profile people doing regular tours around BC spreading lies and showing slanderous movies. Time for them to give it back to the investors they defrauded. I have never understood why plutonic never put a lawyer on commission as this is an easy case to win and the unions and pseudo environmentalists could be put on long term payment plans. I am sure the calcuable losses are in the multi millions which belong to every shareholder.
