Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE: RE: RE: Cook acquistionI'm with you on your estimates right up till the cash flow multiple.  I expect it will likely be more like a multiple of 3-4 for a while until IAE can demonstrate the ability to keep production at the 20k boe/d level.  However, if 1900 barrels creates 0.18 cf/share and our production is going to be around 10kboe/d, a 3 multiple gives us $2.70/share valuation, while 4 gives us $3.60.  This still doesn't include the upside potential for Stella, so $4.00 or more per share should be reasonable to hope for once we are hitting on all cylinders in late Nov. and December.  Barring any more market insanity.
