I totally agree. PCY is trying to secure rail access on a system of infrastructure that has little to no excess capacity. PCY was counting on the Zeltura border post opening that currently remains closed. PCY purchased trucks only to find diesel ran dry in Mongolia. But herein lies the opportunity. Rails are being built, wagons are being made and diesel is starting to flow once again (ie: do not know the status of Zeltura). It's only a matter of time but try to tell that to one who is frustrated.
