I have recently bought TRE, MGO and ABC. I feel that the highly publicized cases (such as TRE) must clear their names first before Chinese companies can regain the trust of North American Investors.

I have invested in TRE because the accusations against them are weak and are unsupported by evidence. Once TRE clears its name, companies like MGO and ABC should see a drastic increase in market valuation. However, the opposite could happen as well if TRE is found guilty of fraud.
