RE: Lawsuit...

RE: Lawsuit...Kherson
All comments are based on the public record so you can listen to bshorts ramblings, speculate as to why this stock never trades with it's peers then takes an extra beating at the first sign of market trouble or you can look at the facts and judge for yourself. As for bshort, again he responds speaking in half truths rather than presenting the whole story.
The debt of TBE skyrocketed from $33mm to $112mm when Saunders acquired Buffalo. This put a strangle hold on the Company leaving no credit room and only marginally improving the companies liquid ratio and cash flow so all it really accomplished was to take the company from >3000boepd to >7000boepd. Management was then forced to fire sale assets and execute dilutive equity offerings to pay down corporate debt and this combination put the Company so far in the doghouse that no one would touch the stock. Saunders on the other hand managed to fatten his position while the stock was thoroughly beaten down but I guess some would consider this supporting the stock?
TBE was a solid (all be it gassy) junior before the current management team "saved" the company and had it not been for Frog Lake buried under the Buffalo dung pile and the good assets from the original company that Saunders sold off TBE would in deed have been bankrupted under the weight of the Buffalo debt.
What bshort fails to address is that while Saunders has reduced the massive Buffalo debt load to a manageable level, in doing so he ballooned the share count from 45mm fully diluted shares to the current FD share count of 145mm  (a mere 100mm share increase) which has muted the success at Frog lake. Every press release talks of something new that never seems to materialize and as a result at the first sign of trouble in the market any momentum this company has gained quickly vanishes because shareholders don't have any long term faith.
One thing we all agree on is that the stock is in fact undervalued but this group of clowns can't even unlock the underlying value that was handed to them and pumpers and dumpers don't help anyone understand the facts. The fact is it's time for TBE to be put on the block.
