RE: RE: Great Numbers: We should go up from hereThe other aspect of this is that because the Orion deal only closed on June 30th, none of the production from Orion is included in these numbers - this is all strictly Westfire pre-merger growth. The next quarter is when the numbers will be "transformational" and production will include that of the Orion wells. That is when things have the potential to really jump as per the following from their H2 Guidance news release:
"With the Orion merger and second half capital program, the company's production guidance for the second half is 9,750 boe/d (65% oil and liquids) yielding 6,450 boe/d for the year and a 2011 exit rate of 10,500 boe/d (70% oil and liquids). "
When they report the next quarterlies and production jumps by more than 100%, that is when WFE could expect to see a really substantial move with the sp. In the meantime, great time to be accumulating before the addition of Orion starts to show up in production/financials nr's.
