The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

SubicBay Freeport—A consortium composed of power distributor Manila ElectricCo., AboitizPower Corp. and Taiwan Cogeneration Corp. is investing $1.28 billion (roughlyP55 billion) to put up a 600-megawatt, clean coal-fired power plantwithin the SubicBay freeport zone
Meralcois expected to finance half of the 30-percent equity portion of the$1.28-billion total project cost. The 70 percent will come from projectfinancing.
