Wasn't it India that announced a big solar program for their country? Maybe OPL got some of the action.. now that could move the market i'd say.

We need something that will move us up so that $2 would be the floor price.. those buying below $1 would have lots of room to be patient. I think they are making a name for themselves in the solar world.. let's go OPL!!
