Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: UO

RE: UO"Does anyone have an idea what is going on?"

Some reading over the weekend suggests that diesel supply in Mongolia remains a serious problem and albeit conjecture on my behalf, the short supply must be hurting efforts to work out logistics. Mongolia railways just got 10 new locomotives that run on diesel! IMO, they should consider trains that run on coal.

I'm under the impression earnings will be out this week and most likely, an update on UO at that time. With the persistent diesel problems in Mongolia, PCY should consider a coal to diesel effort. The technology, however, is expensive but some new technology renders the process more environmentally friendly. With dependence upon Russia for diesel, Mongolia needs to do something.
