This whole thing is getting more bizarre as the days go by.  Now we are being asked to vote on a transaction on a day when the 30-day comment period for a key regulatory filing will not have even arrived yet.  Not sure how things work in Spain but in this continent, usually when you have a 30-day public comment period, nothing gets submitted until the 29th or 30th day of such period.  By that point the merger vote will have been taken.
