what official news source did you get that from? the company release is a bit ambiguous in that they first state they sold 12% of their interest, surely 12% of their interest of 37% is only 4.42% of the QD. Later they do say 12% of the QD interest, which is a different statement to the first, but I have not seen anything about a 25% remaining interest which would surely clear up any misinterpretation.
