EAG Value
Bpultra:
My view of EAG can be compared to going to a garage sale, and finding an old painting for sale for
.25. You buy it because something about it appeals to you, and at least you can use the nice frame for something, but you do not know it's real hidden value (yet). You also could re-sell it for a $1 or so for a small profit. But....as is sometimes the case, it's true hidden value though, (as a masterpiece) far exceeds expectations.
In any case the investment vs reward is miniscule, and not worth passing up in this instance!!
I like the frame and the colors, the overall quality of the painting and the whole picture, but when the Ni 43-101 is released (by the experts), we will get a clear picture of what the true value of the EAG sp is! Many Jr. explor. companies with only potential 1M oz. properties, not even in range of a Ni 43-101, trade in varying ranges....and it is not unusual to see them over $1......., depending on how advanced their properties are, infrastructure, location etc. It also takes many of those companies 5 or more years to come to the state of exploration that EAG is in now. Many jrs. have ONLY 1M or less potential and no more....unlike EAG....where we hear 1M+...2M+....3 M+.and even 5M oz..
Is the
.20/share EAG undervalued? That depends on what a persons personal values/views/investment stratagy are. Considering the present overall value, perhaps it is a fair price for the very short time being. In my opinion....be it right or wrong..... EAG is grossly undervalued considering that we seem to have a "slam dunk" million oz. deposite. In any case, anyone buying at these low sps, should not have any problem even making a modest small profit in the short term.........but for the longs........ I think........happy retirement!
I would not have bought EAG shares if I wasn't optimistic about the play, however my optimism (or anyone elses) should not be a substitute for each person's personal DUE DILLIGENCE!!.
