RE: Shorts about to cover!!Shorts always do the better research. They have to loose more if the play does not work out for them. This one does and it is not done yet. Expect something along the lines of 'new orientation' or 'back to the drawing board'. By the way Scotia readjusted 3 times already and stands currently at a $2.00 target. If you want to stand any chance in this game you have  at least to stay informed.
