Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: RE: RE: Power Plant"You ever wonder about that conveyor belt plan that eodway was touting back when he was a holder of PCY shares.

Whatever happened to that spin? Would've been a good idea, if it was actually possible."

I posted on this not too long ago.

In August of last year, both the Mongolian and Russian Gov'ts agreed to open the Zeltura border post on a permanent basis but supplied no time line as to when. As of right now, this border post remains closed.

The Zeltura border post is 15 km away from Ulaan Ovoo. If this border post ever opens, PCY will be able to undertake "mine gate" sales just like South Golbi does. A conveyor belt is in the feasibility study to supply and stock pile coal at the Zeltura border post.

Open that border post and PCY will sell more coal than it can currently produce. But PCY does not control that border post, now do they? But mark my words. That border post will open one day and all those Russian power plants will send their own trucks to the border to buy and pick up that thermal coal.
