RE: RecommendationsDixon says he has been at this venture for 20 years.
It appears that he gets more confused as time rolls along.
He doesn't like to communicate with shareholders in his company.
Won't accept blame for any of the short falls.
Jumps around from one property to another with never coming to a conclusion on any of them.
For this reason alone it makes it difficult to raise any money.
Has pissed off shareholders to the point where they think he is dumb and corrupt.
He is a wealthy man and if my time line on him is correct he is pushing 70 years of age.
SO why not accept defeat on this venture and stick with something that he is knowledgable about.
Better yet just enjoy his retirement. Everyone makes mistakes just deal with them and move on.
If there is any value in Jasper, at this juncture, he should sell it, relax and sit back and see if someone else has the means to take this thing further. Time is running out.
