RE: Past announcements on DavidsonNow it is obvious why New Gold (NGD) valued the Richfield takeover, to obtain the Blackwater project) at $550,000,000.  New Gold is trading at $11.82 today (up over $1.50 since the Blackwater announcement).  If it was just simple math (I know it is more complicated than that) it would make Silverquest value (based on the number of current shares issued) at $1.28.
