RE: CEO Cashing Out...He did sell at a bad time, and pagoda and I got some cheap stock as a result (I paid $11.56, though I didn't buy enough).

But he probably was under blackout and couldn't sell ahead of earnings. Then when the earnings had the stupid loss based on stupid accounting tricks, he got caught. And he probably had to sell in size even if he was selling over a period of a couple of days and drove the price down all by himself because finding buyers for 300K shares of this stock in a couple of days isn't easy.

So some of us small fry got to get good deals with a little of Terry's money.
