XniceLooks like a smart move to buy MSD without immediate dillution to the WIN shareholders!!

The price of patents are increasing every day.. And I think WIN+MSD will make WIN even a more attractive for google, apple,.. I'm not sure how many sharholders of MSD will accept the deal.

As said in another post : good luck with finding 2800+ patents under $ 460mio. More importantly some of the patents already generate income as of today.. Futhermore you take a whole lot of cash..

Also WIN's quarterly dividend will increase !

I think we will go down at the opening : and if that happens I will be adding WIN shares.
