Douglas Lake Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or "Douglas Lake") (OTCBB:DLKM) is pleased to announce that Dr. Douglas Boateng has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. His appointment brings additional broad international experience to the Company.

Dr. Boateng is an elected Fellow of some the world leading professional organizations. This includes the highly influential Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom. He holds a doctorate in Engineering Businessmanagement and continues to win many accolades and international recognition for his leadership contribution to sector specific initiatives.
