DLKM Needs Marketing Not New Titles for Douglas BGreat news release. That will make the stock go up a penny or two for a nano second before it gets whacked down some more.

I still say the new Tanzanian management threw the baby out with the bathwater when they replaced Harp and got rid of him. Harp should have been kept on with some title like "President and Founder" and given the responsibility of telling the Douglas Lake story to the investment industry. Put him on a plane and make him go to all the brokerage firms that follow gold mining deals (who isn't following gold these days), and to all the investment industry watering holes. No one knew how to tell the DLKM story better than Harp.

Granted Douglas and Reyno have done a really good job making sure the drill program goes forward, writing lots of news releases and ensuring filings are done on time, etc. But they need more than news releases to tell the investment world about DLKM.

MORE MONEY MADE ON MYSTERY THAN HISTORY
The old saw that there's more money made on mystery than history, should see the volume of DLKM spiking now and investors piling in to buy a hot gold stock that is drilling directly next door to a multi-million ounce gold deposit. Yet the stock keeps getting beat up and goes down further on very little volume. No one is marketing DLKM.

APPLE DID NOT BECOME THE NUMBER ONE MARKET CAP COMPANY IN THE WORLD BY NOT ADVERTISING. THEY GREAT PRODUCTS AND DO A GREAT JOB TELLING THE WORLD ABOUT IT.

One observation, if Tanzanian management is so good at making sure the DLKM story gets out to the investors and investment industry then why did he replace that new website DLKM had early this year with a drab, plain jane boring brown website? That didn't make sense and clearly shows new management doesn't understand investor marketing.

SUMMER DOLDRUMS
I also don't buy it that the stock is down because of the summer doldrums. Last year Canaco went from
.79 to $2,25 between June 1 and Sept 1, 2010. Sure the market is in turnoil, but gold is at an all-time high too.

MESSAGE TO DLKM MANAGEMENT
Hey management, it's time to spend money on marketing the DLKM story. Right now it is the best kept secret in gold plays out there in the investment world.
