The NI 43-101 compliant Preliminary Assessment report prepared by ERCOSPLAN Ingenieurgesellschaft Geotechnik und Bergbau mbH, North Rim Exploration Ltd. and Foster Wheeler USA Corporation in August 2010 concluded that Indicated and Inferred Potash (KCl) Resources are 56 million and 186.3 million recoverable tonnes, respectively. The Indicated and Inferred magnesium (MgCl2) Resources are 50 million and 131 million recoverable tones, respectively, on 7.5% of the KP360 mineral permit.
