This is even more simple - the PRD when in power approved PTQ's operations now that the CD & Panamenistas are in power the PTQ's operations continue to move forward.
 It is common in politics here in Panama that when you are not in power you are critical of everything that the government does or supports.
The only issue I suspect that I think will come up - in the next few months will revolve around the new mining law will be the articles with respect to foreign government ownership (Panamanians do not like this) of natural resources and the bigger issue of mining in the Comarca Ngobe-Bugle - which is all about the government sharing the Cerro Colorado concession with the Ngobes.  
 Neither of these two issues has anything to do with our operations - the real issue for us is going to be what kind of quarterly results will be released at the end of the month - if the results are awesome - the SP will explode - if they are good - the SP will increase - if the results are flat or tank - the SP will tank....  
Let's wait to see what the numbers tell us....
