It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

Soaking it up

Soaking it upI think the time is right for Sandvine at last. Been a long time tracking before jumping into
this one but the price is right and the prospects are good.

They have evened out customers so they aren't dependent on just one customer as in the past.
They have evened out sales to spread in all continents evenly which is going to be good going
forward (especially if there is a slow down).
Expecting one maybe two big US customers to come on board with LTE and one in Europe and
Asia this fall.
Cash in place to take the over a rough patch and there is always the takeover premium possible
going forward.

Maybe sorry down the road if it falls further but don't expect much more of a drop on this one.
