Shareholders May See Some Downside

Shareholders May See Some DownsideThis latest Trading Halt will not help the Shareholders IMHO.
With several CTO's already for failing to file Financials on time,a MCTO against Management for failing to file all required documents from several years ago,and now a Trading Halt,new investors will likely be skittish on putting money into this Co.
All the other Oil Shale Co's. will probably benefit and have their Plants up and running long before this one now and raking in money.A Co. is only as good as it's Management.Over 200 years of experience plus an Auditor and they fail miserably at paperwork.
