*CLIFF RESIGN*

Garth my statement was not ifhe would or would not choose to retire but, in the best interest of the company andshareholders he should retire.  So Garth my question to you is regardless howmany shares Cliff, his partners, friends and family hold should he retire or not?

Toanswer your question, “Doyou agree or disagree that the recent quarterly was vague and filled with questionsthat weren't answered?” My answer is the same for the quarterly and how Cliff has been running the company since the TGE incident. I can only answer that by saying the Titanic would nothave sunk because of the iceberg but because of all the holes in the ship.

Investman a questionfor you after reading your post;

What are you expecting from the company and theClifford, that you haven't seen?

Very interesting question as either way my answerwill look bad. Best answer is not to answer this one: if i expect somepositive it would mean that i have not seen anything positive yet. Somaybe clarify your question in a way that i will not be stuck in a corner please! (note it could only be a french translating problem...)

Whose corner is it that you might be stuck in, TVI’s corner or the Share holder’s corner?

Keep Smiling
