Payette County - A laundry list of conditions.
The Payette County Planning and Zoning Commission wants them met before allowing a gas compression and dehydration station.
The commission held a meeting Thursday night in Payette County, and many people at the meeting said they're concerned about their safety.
The natural gas facility just outside of New Plymouth would produce more noise, lighting and traffic, but nearby residents say they're mainly worried about pollution and groundwater contamination.
Residents like Tina Fisher told commmissioners she's worried the county is "selling Idaho short."
It's been an emotional fight against Bridge Energy, the Colorado drilling company up for the permit.
But it will only be granted if a long list of conditions are agreed upon, including Bridge Energy having an environmental impact study done and meeting certain safety standards.
The commission says the company may not be able to live with the requirements, but they believe they're reasonable and necessary.
No word on when Bridge Energy will get back to the commission.
