I agree. I am puzzled, however, why the pps has remained so low. I guess the sentiment is that the Maple deal will fail. I cannot imagine why it would, but what do I know?!Perhaps, if and when, this crazy market settles down people will be more willing to buy in and the pps will increase.Piper
