Totally agree! I might go to $40 if they let us have a good look under the hood and we find some extra nice surprises that Skippy was not aware of. Otherwise, $38 is tops.

From my earlier post on the Mosaid board:

In summary, Lundin Mining share price was bid up to a high of $9.31 in April/May on takeover interest. Management did a strategic review and felt they were not getting fair value. Suitors went away and stock now trades at $5.00. Go check it out yourselves. Same thing will happen to Mosaid. Noone else is going to come knocking. Take your $38 and invest it in WIN. Otherwise you are headed sub $30.
