Thanks for thequestion yogi. The noise restriction attached to the conditional usepermit requires an average noise level of 45 decibels at the edge of theproperty. This would not include maintenance noise or the noise of anytrucks that enter or leave the location. Bridge Resources has to agreeto the terms. They will be subjected to annual reviews from anindependent review board to be appointed by Payette CountyCommissioners.

45 decibels from where?
IF 45 decibels is violated then what is the penilty?
It's all so slippery. They will violate the 45db and nothing willhappen. A dripping water faucet is much lower than 45dB but you cannotsleep with it. That's because it's not a natural sound. Out brains knowthe difference!!!
